Updated review as of 2/27/2026: Service center is awesome as well! Easy online booking with quick appointment availability (for me it was next day). Everyone on the service team was extremely friendly and efficient! They had me in and out for a an oil change, tire rotation and filter check within 30 minutes.

I was satisfied with the service I received, but was surprised that parts needed for a factory recall were not available, which delayed my service for over a week and necessitated an extra trip to Waukee.

I had been looking to buy a Ford Bronco. I checked several Ford dealers. Some returned my inquiry. One increased prices as I was discussing cars with the sales person. Shottenkirk, a Chevrolet dealer, had a lightly used Bronco at another location and drove it to Waukee. It was shiny and clean, pretty - and as described. The best part was the people. I was there for four hours due to title issues. I image other dealerships would have requested I fix the problem and then come back. These people found a way to get it corrected. I was offered food and drink. I had been using my car to clean out an apartment so it was full of stuff. My salesperson Tom transferred all the stuff to the new car. Even though the car was a Ford, Tom was extremely knowledgeable about it and helpful with the technology and car functions. He helped with connections, etc. The Finance Manager, Astrid, was great. She didn’t stop until she got several loan options. She too went above and beyond. And both Tom and Astrid were truly nice, customer centered people. I recommend Shottenkirk Waukee without reservation. And thank you Tom and Astrid for a great outcome.

The service department was very easy to access and I received immediate attention on what to do once inside their facility. This was the first service on my new Silverado and took less than 45 minutes. All of the Shottenkirk employees were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommends doing business at Shottenkirk in Waukee.
