I had a very complicated issue with my car that left me without one for 3 months while going in between garages, warranty company, etc. It was incredibly stressful but I have to say, Brandon was a lifesaver. I cannot express how much I appreciate him and his patience throughout this whole process. At the beginning of it all, I thought my car was a goner. I was getting a lot of grief from a guy at a different garage and Brandon helped me deal with him and be aware that what the other guy was trying to tell me was not the right solution- and going to cost me much more than I could afford. He saved me a ton of money and he saved my car. I was anxious to get updates and get my car back and Brandon never made me feel like I was annoying him (even though I probably was) and I appreciate him for being kind and doing everything he could to find the best solution for me. Love my new 2026 Equinox! Salesman Jay and Manager Lance were great to work with! Jay listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process! I drove in and was quickly greeted and invited to sit down and relax while they changed my oil and rotated my tires. I hardly got settled and my car was done. That was really fast!

Service advisor was great waiting area was clean and comfortable was there about 40 minutes for oil change and tire rotation on a 2023 Silverado
