I had been looking to buy a Ford Bronco. I checked several Ford dealers. Some returned my inquiry. One increased prices as I was discussing cars with the sales person. Shottenkirk, a Chevrolet dealer, had a lightly used Bronco at another location and drove it to Waukee. It was shiny and clean, pretty - and as described.
The best part was the people. I was there for four hours due to title issues. I image other dealerships would have requested I fix the problem and then come back. These people found a way to get it corrected. I was offered food and drink. I had been using my car to clean out an apartment so it was full of stuff. My salesperson Tom transferred all the stuff to the new car.
Even though the car was a Ford, Tom was extremely knowledgeable about it and helpful with the technology and car functions. He helped with connections, etc.
The Finance Manager, Astrid, was great. She didn’t stop until she got several loan options. She too went above and beyond. And both Tom and Astrid were truly nice, customer centered people.
I recommend Shottenkirk Waukee without reservation. And thank you Tom and Astrid for a great outcome.
